Run all your LED wiring from the four corners of your vehicle back to this board. Then attach the expansion board to the underside of your body. If you need to remove your body shell, you now only have a single ribbon cable back to the all-in-one unit to unhook. Simples.

This board is useful in the unlikely event that you need to replace your existing board. However it is also handy if you plan to run more than one rig from your D4L radio. Along with the LED Light Set, this is the perfect companion for a second D401E All-in-One Unit.
